A Waste Water (WW) tank initially containing 10 kgs of organic salt in 100 lit of water
is being washed with pure water flowing at a rate of 12 l/min. Axial flow propellers are used
to mix the contents of the tanks.
(i.)
Develop an appropriate model to predict the amount of salt in the
tank with respect to time
(ii.)
Calculate the amount of salt in the tank after 30 minutes, if the
effluent WW flow is 10 I/min.
