Improving the number of employment, contribution in the quality services being provided to the guests, earning high profits contribute to the strengths of the hotel. Guests switching to other hotels, lacking in technology and high price results in causing weaknesses for the company. With contributing to the society in the form of employment, reduction in carbon emmission, HIlton hotel has achieved the strengths. Some of the prominent weaknesses in the Research and development department includes its aim to earn maximum profits with high costs for the services being provided, and lack of modern technologies. Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the project and business the company to grow and reach to the zenith of success.
