His skin is pale. Lung sound is unchanged during the percussion. Vesicular breathing is heard during the auscultation. Blood test: leucocytes – 13,4 x 109/1, stubs -7 percent, lymphocytes – 25 percent, ESR-38 mm per hour. MBT is absent in the sputum. Plain chest X-ray picture: symmetrical large lesions of 10 mm in the diameter with unclear counters somewhere fusing are present mainly in upper and moderate zones of both lungs.
